Terrier hockey takes on Northeastern tonight
Heading to the Beanpot? Check. Last year’s bragging rights? Check. Your voice on BU Today? Check.
Tonight, the BU men’s hockey team (8-11-3 overall, 6-9-2 Hockey East) takes the ice against the Northeastern Huskies (10-11-1 overall, 6-10-1 Hockey East) in first round of the 58th annual Beanpot tournament, and BU Today will be at TD Garden to cover every face-off, penalty, and goal.
But we want to hear from you. Tell us if you think the penalty calls are fair. Can Grant Rollheiser (CGS’10) pull it off, especially after the bout with New Hampshire? How does this year’s team compare with last year’s? Would it be different if Matt Gilroy (MET’09) or Colin Wilson were on the ice? Will you be at the game? Are you an alum going to one of the nationwide watch parties?
Beanpot tweets will be included in the box above by @butoday, @DeanElmore, @JohnBattaglino, @BUAthletics, @djcap, @solworth, and @sportsgirlkat, but if you’re watching the game, add #bubeanpot at the end of your tweet, and you’ll be added to the comments queue.
