Wellness Wednesday: How to Chill Out during Finals

Wellness Wednesday: How to Chill Out during Finals
We’re back for another installment of our “Wellness Wednesday” series. If you prefer to listen instead, find our podcast, called Wellness Wednesday, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, and other podcast platforms.

Your to-do list is probably as long as your arm, you have a cold, and you have three tests to study for—it’s finals time. If you’re stressing big-time, we want you to first take a deep breath and relax. You’ve got this.
Next, we suggest you listen to our chat with Ilana Schlesinger, a wellness coordinator at the School of Public Health, in this week’s installment of our “Wellness Wednesday” series. Schlesinger gives some great tips on how to de-stress over the next week.
Take a listen.
Next semester we will be podcasting about friendship at BU and the challenges of making friends, and we are looking for interviewees willing to talk about their friendship (how they met, how they maintain their relationship, the ups and downs, etc.) on the air. If you’re interested, contact Amy Laskowski at amlaskow@bu.edu.
