Why should I go?
If you love meeting artists and discovering how they work, and love browsing and buying original art, then this event is for you. On the first Friday of each month, the artists, galleries, shops, and showrooms of the SoWa Art + Design District open to the public for a night of art and inspiration. The relaxed atmosphere allows you to move from one studio to the next and talk with some of the city’s most talented artists. The night offers a chance to check out the latest gallery exhibitions, find the perfect painting for your home or a gift for that hard-to-please person, and support the local arts scene. The SoWa district offers a number of great restaurants, so make a night of it and book a reservation for dinner, too. Click here for a complete list of SoWa artists, their studio numbers, websites, and contact information.
