This Valentine’s Day, BU Today Is Celebrating Friendship
Send a message of affection and gratitude to a friend who is special to you
When we think of Valentine’s Day, we think of romance—chocolates and flowers, maybe quiet dinners, maybe even jewelry. But we at BU Today decided that this year—especially this year—the holiday should also be about celebrating a different kind of relationship: with the friends in our lives. So we’re inviting members of the BU community to write a message of love and gratitude to a close friend.
We’re planning to include as many friendly Valentine’s messages as possible in a holiday feature to post on Cupid’s Day, February 14.
It’s easy: simply fill out the form below and return it to us by Thursday, February 3. Keep your message to between 100 and 150 words. And be sure to include a photo of you and the friend you’re sending your Valentine to.
