Love Yourself First This Valentine’s Day with Words of Encouragement
BU Today wants your messages of affirmation, self-care, and self-love
Valentine’s Day is typically a day for celebrating those you love. But sometimes it’s healthy and helpful to practice a little self-love first. We’re inviting members of the BU community—students, faculty, staff, alumni—to do something a little different this year: send yourself (past, present, or future) a message of encouragement and affirmation, some honest-to-goodness self-care. Tell yourself why you love you.
We’ll include as many Valentine’s Day messages as possible in a feature to post around February 14.
It’s easy: Simply fill out the form below and return it to us by Tuesday, February 7. Keep your message to between 50 and 150 words. If you’re a student or an alum, be sure to include your name, school, and grad year. If you’re a faculty or staff member, include your title.
