  1. Thank you so much for this opportunity to reflect on all that I am doing to succeed.

    You know, we go day to day just checking things off our list without stopping to look back and appreciate all our efforts. Then we compare ourselves to others who seem to have it together, and we feel like our efforts are not enough.

    Thanks to reflections like these, one is encouraged to breathe and give credit to all the effort already put in, the accomplishments reached. It generates appreciation which turns into positive energy to keep going.
