We’re quickly approaching the end of March, and for a number of students that means the end of midterms. Take some time to relax by viewing a Shakespeare play or a movie festival, or keep the knowledge flowing by attending a discussion about diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
Julius Caesar
This BU Shakespeare Society production, directed by Will Carroll and Katie Shepardson, reimagines one of the Bard’s earliest works in the context of a small-town council election.

Coffee & Conversation: Florida’s New Bill and Its Effect on Higher Education
This week’s Coffee & Conversation topic is Florida House Bill 999, which would build on Governor Ron DeSantis’ efforts to restrict teaching about race and gender in Florida’s public universities.

MFA Late Nites
This week’s installment of the Museum of Fine Arts’ popular event series celebrates the opening of a new temporary exhibition, Hokusai: Inspiration and Influence. Explore the galleries and enjoy dancing, DJs, and pop-up performances.

Wicked Queer Film Festival
The 39th annual LGBTQ+ film festival returns on Friday, so prepare for more than a week of screenings and events at places like the Brattle Theatre, Institute of Contemporary Art, and Paramount Theatre. There will also be an opening night kickoff party at Pastoral in Fort Point from 9:30 to 11:30 pm.

Condom Fairy Pop Up
Join Student Health Services for the first-ever Condom Fairy pop-up event. Stop by to stock up on free safer sex supplies like internal and external condoms, oral dams, and lubricant. Make sure to enter the raffle!
