The 128th Boston Marathon, set for Monday, April 15 (Patriots Day), is expected to draw about 30,000 athletes from across the globe. Each year, members of the BU community enter the race to run in support of a nonprofit sanctioned by the Boston Athletic Association, organizer of the race. Are you one of them? If so, BU Today would like to hear from you for a story we’re putting together to run Friday, April 12.

Tell us a little about yourself and the organization you’re running to raise money for and why you decided to support it. If you’re a student or an alum, be sure to include your school and grad year. And if you’re faculty or staff, include your title. Email John O’Rourke at orourkej@bu.edu by Friday, March 8, to be considered for inclusion in our feature.
