Every spring semester, the School of Hospitality Administration (SHA) offers a course that dives into the hospitality, culture, and history of another country that culminates in an international field trip. This year, HF282 Culture and Communication explored China, taught by SHA professor, Dr. Courtney Raeisinafchi and Liling Huang from the College of Arts and Sciences.

The seven-week course culminated in a 10-day trip exploring Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong with visits to historical and cultural sites, and top luxury hotels.
