Senior Marketing Manager
Rachel Hamlin is the Senior Marketing Manager for the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration (SHA), where she leads a range of digital marketing, branding, and content initiatives. She holds a Master of Science in Global Marketing Management from Boston University, building on a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College.
Rachel’s marketing career is driven by a passion for blending strategy with creativity. Early in her career, she gained experience in event marketing while working as a Marketing Associate at Proctors Collaborative, an alliance of performing arts venues in New York’s Capital Region. Later, at Mazzone Hospitality—part of Restaurant Associates—she further developed her expertise in hospitality marketing and event promotions, working with one of the premier catering and events companies in the region.
At SHA, Rachel oversees the school’s website, social media, and digital marketing efforts, managing campaigns that amplify the school’s mission and engage prospective students, alumni, and industry leaders. Her role is centered around developing cohesive marketing strategies that elevate SHA’s presence in both the higher education and hospitality sectors.
