Why did you choose SHA? How did your SHA education impact your career? After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in Switzerland, I wanted to expand my marketing knowledge in the US. What makes BU’s SHA unique is that they put people in the center and look at their wants and needs individually. None of the other institutions were able to create an personalized education plan for me that took into account my strengths and weaknesses.

I felt at home in the classrooms at 928 Commonwealth Avenue during the challenging months with Covid and considered the students I spent day and night with as an extended family. I’d go back to this school again and again.

Would you like to share any advice for current and prospective students? When you look at the schools you are considering, ask the important questions, be critical, don’t be guided by naive emotions, but examine the environment you have the most potential to grow. This is your story, you are the author of your book, decide how the next chapter will be written.
