“I chose BU SHA because of the faculty and location. All of the faculty and staff I came into contact with were always excited to assist in any way they were able to and went above and beyond to help. Additionally, being in Boston surrounded by so many hospitality options was the perfect launching point for making connections and having exposure to various opportunities.
I want to be a GM of a luxury hotel so interning in a luxury company in the housekeeping department is something that I feel sets me up to achieve that goal. The housekeeping department is one of the largest in the hotel so I think that understanding how it operates is vital piece of understanding the operation as a whole.”
