
Leslie Adler
Vice President, Brand Innovation & Planning, Hilton
Leslie Adler is the Vice President of Brand Innovation & Planning at Hilton, where she assists the leadership team with answering strategic questions and facilitating brand innovation for the global enterprise. Prior to her current position, she led the Luxury & Lifestyle Division’s Customer Experience & Innovation group and held a leadership role on Hilton’s Corporate Strategy team.
Before joining Hilton, Leslie led the development of new business units, products, and services at Choice Hotels International. Previously, she worked in Acquisitions & Development and Asset Management at HEI Hotels & Resorts, a hotel real estate investment fund.
Leslie holds a B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and serves on the Board of Directors for Reach Incorporated, an education nonprofit based in Washington, D.C. She lives in Virginia with her husband, Mike, and son, Ben.
