Parker joined The Moseley Group over 3 years ago is now a leader in innovation and project management across the firm’s holistic and integrated disciplines of expertise –strategy, menu, operations, design and technology. Parker has supported client initiatives across multiple operating segments including QSR, fast casual, c-store, full-service, and product/equipment manufacturing both domestically and internationally -and has a passion for transforming the way the world perceives and interacts with food and beverages. He has participated and led exercises focused on kitchen design, labor and operations, menu development & mix analysis, consumer & market research, financial analytics and modeling, and food service technology solutions for several major foodservice brands, such as Papa Gino’s, D’Angelo’s, Coca Cola, Luna Grill, New England Coffee, Buddy’s Pizza, United Dairy Farmers and others. Parker earned his B.S. from Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with membership into the Eta Sigma Delta honor society.
