Rachel Hamlin

Marketing Manager

Rachel Hamlin is the Marketing Manager for the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration (SHA). With a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College, Rachel has combined her passions of strategic marketing and memorable events to create engaging campaigns that leave a lasting impression on audiences.

Rachel’s love for event planning began during her time at Ithaca College, where she was actively involved in multiple student-run event planning organizations. After graduation, Rachel continued to hone her skills in marketing and events by working as a Marketing Associate at Proctors Collaborative, an alliance of arts organizations with three venues in New York’s Capital Region, and then at Mazzone Hospitality, a Restaurant Associates catering and events company.

In her current role at the School of Hospitality Administration, Rachel oversees SHA’s website, social media, graphic design, and digital marketing efforts. Through her leadership, Rachel ensures that SHA’s marketing and communication strategies effectively promote the school’s mission and engage with key audiences.
