Roy Madhok

Roy Madhok is the SVP of Revenue & Distribution at Highgate and has oversight of revenue management, distribution, and digital marketing of over 280 hotels throughout the nation. Since graduating from Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration, Roy has overseen a variety of hotels in markets throughout North America and has worked with both brands & independents ranging in size from small independent boutique properties to branded ‘big box’ hotels. 

Roy’s passion for revenue management extends into the education space as a former adjunct professor at Boston University’s School of Hospitality as well as being a guest speaker at NYUs Center of Hospitality and at the Gustave Eiffel University in Paris France. Roy has remained active in academia by co-authoring five book chapters on topics ranging from Evolving Hotel Segmentation to Restaurant Menu Performance Analysis. Additionally, Roy was featured in BU’s Check-In magazine to address risk-taking in revenue management and helped create the BU RevPASH app that helps restaurants understand their seat utilization. 

Lastly, Roy has been an active participant in industry wide events as a speaker and panelist. Notably including as a speaker at the HSMAI ROC conference covering Ancillary Fee collection, at the Expedia Partner Conference on bundled travel, as a presenter at HSMAI ROC on Myopia in Revenue management, and more.
