Metropolitan College Tuition Rates
In general, Metropolitan College tuition is set according to the number of units being taken, plus any additional fees or course costs. The tuition rates listed below are applicable to courses and programs on campus and online. Note that tuition is different for MET courses taken on campus during Summer Term.
Please note: Metropolitan College students who register for courses offered by other Boston University schools and colleges will be charged the tuition and fees of that school or college.

Student accounts are monitored and manually adjusted to align your enrollment status (full-time/part-time) and the calculations on your bill. Regardless of the amount displayed on your bill, your tuition obligation will be based on the published tuition rates indicated above.

Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP)
Massachusetts law requires all students carrying at least 75 percent of the full-time curriculum to be covered under a qualifying medical insurance plan. If you do not wish to participate in the Boston University Student Health Insurance Plan, you have the opportunity to waive SHIP coverage—provided you have other coverage that meets the comparable coverage requirements.
