Dropping a Course
To drop a course or courses, visit the MyBU Student Portal. If you are unable to drop your course on the MyBU Student Portal, you must submit the Add/Drop Form. Upon receipt of this form, the Office of the University Registrar will adjust your account according to the refund policy below. Please be aware that the add/drop deadlines as noted on MET’s academic calendars may differ from the refund dates..
Withdrawing From All Courses
To withdraw from all of your courses, you must complete the Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form (you can also download the form) and submit it to:

Financial Aid Recipients
The policies above are academic and related only to tuition refunds. Separate regulations govern federal student loans and may require BU to reduce or cancel a previously disbursed loan when your enrollment changes.
