Tuition & Fees

Summer semester tuition is charged on a part-time, per credit rate for all students. Tuition and fee costs for Metropolitan College summer courses are as follows:

Tuition

• On-Campus Courses
  • Numbered 100–599: $815 per credit unless otherwise noted
  • Numbered 600–999: $975 per credit unless otherwise noted
• Online Courses
  • Numbered 100–599: $550 per credit unless otherwise noted
  • Numbered 600–999: $975 per credit unless otherwise noted

Fees

• • Student Services Fee: $75 per semester
  • Undergraduate Lab Fee: $200 per course, per session (non-computer science)

Graduate students are charged the part-time tuition rate if taking fewer than 12 credits in a semester.

Undergraduate students are charged the part-time tuition rate if taking 12 or fewer credits in a semester. (Undergraduates taking exactly 12 credits in a semester are considered full-time status, but pay the part-time tuition rate.)

Please note: Non-degree students registered for 12 credits will be considered full-time if one or more courses are numbered 600 or higher.

To qualify for part-time tuition status, you must be an undergraduate student taking 1–12* credits or a graduate student taking 1–11.5 credits.

Please note: Non-degree students registered for 12 credits will be considered full-time if one or more courses are numbered 600 or higher.

To qualify for full-time tuition status you must be an undergraduate student taking at least 12.5* credits or a graduate student taking at least 12 credits. Additional charges apply to all full-time students enrolled in more than 18 credits.
