Conservation Nonprofit Founder Cites MET Degree for Business Acumen

Beth Allgood (MET’93) is the founder of OneNature, an organization dedicated to balancing human well-being with conservation efforts. She has extensive experience in the nature-oriented nonprofit field, but there’s one thing that sets her apart from her peers—her managerial expertise.

Speaking with Bostonia, Allgood lauded the value of her master’s degree in management, one of MET’s since-retired Business & Management Programs.

“I learned all aspects of business management that I am using today,” she says.
