Personal Account
Boston University offers personal Zoom accounts to faculty, staff, and students. Personal accounts grant users full control over the scheduling, hosting, and recording options for their meetings.
Personal accounts don’t interact with MET IT’s Department Meetings and MET ETI’s Zoom Live Classroom integration.
Support Policy
MET IT is responsible for the following:
- Basic Zoom Support
- Evaluating Advanced Problems for Escalation
BU IS&T acts as administrators to all personal accounts. For all personal account issues, start by contacting us so our team can evaluate the issue and escalate to BU IS&T as needed.
