-
You may request a departmental/shared account through the Shared Account Creation form. Contact us for assistance.
- Why doesn’t my auto-complete show the person/contact list I’m looking for?

- Select Options from the left sidebar on the following screen.
- Select Mail from the Outlook Options menu.
- Under the “Send messages” section, click Empty Auto-Complete List.

Your auto-complete is now reset and will not show the out-of-date information.
- How do I add my department’s shared account or other important accounts?
-
If you have the email address and password for the shared account, you may add it to your Outlook by doing the following:
- Open Outlook and click on the File tab at the top.
- Select Info from the left sidebar, then click Add Account.
- In the text field, enter the desired email address, then click Connect.
- On the resulting BU login screen, enter the desired email address and associated password.
- Select Finish.
The additional account is now added to your Outlook.
