In this three-part series, Professor Emeritus of Music, Musicology and Ethnomusicology Joel Sheveloff will examine this famous mystery composer and his influence on music, his contemporaries, and later-twentieth-century music. All will be revealed at the first meeting. Dr. Sheveloff is recipient of the 2004 Metcalf Cup and Prize for Excellence in Teaching, Boston University's highest teaching honor. |
