Michael Theodoridis and Rahma Salie

Micky was an active member of the SMG Alumni Board of Directors who showed a real commitment to the Young Alumni Committee in particular. Given time, he was sure to have become a most valued member of the SMG Board of Directors. Micky was an asset to the School of Management, and he will be missed greatly. The thoughts, prayers and condolences of the Alumni Office go out to the Salie and Theodoridis Families, and to all other friends and colleagues of Micky and Rhama who mourn their loss with us.

I graduated SMG in '95, and while I didn't know Micky then, I came to be friends with him when we worked together at i-Cuber (later aquired by Razorfish). Micky was both a wonderful person and an extremely talented professional. I always enjoyed his sincerity and his company, and am so shocked and saddened to hear of his loss. His combination of talents and sparkling personality were clearly headed for great things, I am so sad we will not be able to follow his wonderful progress. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

I DID NOT DIE
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond's glint on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle autumn's rain
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight
I am the soft stars that shine at night
Do not stand on my grave and cry
I am not there. I did not die

Mickey and Rahma will be missed by those of us lucky to have beentouched by their friendship, our prayers and thoughts are with both of their families. "For without words, in friendship, all thoughts, all desires, all expectations are born and shared, with joy that is unacclaimed. When you part from your friend, you grieve not; For that which you love most in him may be clearer in his absence, as the mountain to the climber is clearer from the plain. And let there be no purpose in friendship save the deepening of the spirit." ---"The Prophet," Khalil Gibran
