BUSM Die-In
On December 10, National Human Rights Day, Jason Sherer (MED’16) (bottom center) and other medical students held in a “white coat die-in,” lying on the floor of the Hiebert Lounge on the Medical Campus for 4.5 minutes in remembrance of the 4 .5 hours that the body of Michael Brown, an unarmed black teen, reportedly lay on the street in Ferguson, Mo., after being shot by a white police officer.
