Blood Moon

A rare astronomical phenomenon known as a super blood moon on September 27 produced a celestial body that appeared bigger than usual and had a reddish hue. The alignment of a super moon and a lunar eclipse will not occur again until 2033. The image was shot on Bay State Road at about 10:45 p.m. Photo by Mackenzie Feeley (CAS’16)
