Culinary Arts 30th Anniversary Gala
The Culinary Arts 30th Anniversary Gala: Celebrating Jacques Pépin, commemorating the BU program’s development in 1989 by Julia Child (Hon.’76), Pépin (Hon.’11), and Rebecca Alssid, was held December 5 at the Hotel Commonwealth. A wine and hors d’oeuvre reception was followed by a celebrity chef–prepared four-course dinner, and dessert.
