Hillel henna
Purim commemorates the day Esther, Queen of Persia, saved the Jewish people from execution by the king’s advisor Haman. It’s celebrated many ways, with special food, activities, and parties. On March 26, freshman Xamantha Tjakra (Sargent) created henna tattoos for students at a Hillel House event. Photo by Jacob Chang-Rascle (COM’22)
