BU’s Newest Posse Atlanta Class

Class of 2025 Posse Scholars from Atlanta were celebrated at a virtual award ceremony January 6: James Rhee (CAS’25) (top row, from left), BU Posse liaison Michael Dennehy (CAS’92, Wheelock’01), Galiliee Barron (COM’25); (second row) Inaya Abdul-Haqq (CAS’25), Teresa Miguel (CAS’25), Asianna Haughton (ENG’25); (third row) Kevon Cheeke (CAS’25), Divya Virmani (CAS’25), Marlo Robinson (COM’25); (bottom row) Huleymatu Sow (CAS’25) and Jada Sweeting (CAS’25). The Posse Foundation runs a national scholarship program targeting urban high school students “with extraordinary academic and leadership potential.” In addition to Atlanta’s 10 scholars, 10 Bay Area Posse scholars join next year’s BU class.
