ASOR has partnered with American, Delta, and United Airlines to allow our members to support ASOR's Annual Meeting and excavation fellowships. What’s the best part? You continue to earn miles in your own frequent flier account, while the airline matches your miles and credits ASOR’s account. There is no charge to you! Here's how it works:
Delta SkyBonus
When you book your flight online, 
enter ASOR’s Delta SkyBonus account number (US231352617) in the SkyBonus field of the Passenger Information section, as well as your own SkyMiles number. You still earn your miles in the SkyMiles program, while ASOR earns SkyBonus points that we will use for Annual Meeting travel grants and dig fellowships.
If you prefer to book travel arrangements over the phone with Delta, please inform the agent of our SkyBonus account number (US231352617) as well
as your own SkyMiles number.
Want to make earning points for ASOR even easier? Enter ASOR's SkyBonus number into your SkyMiles account so the SkyBonus points are added to ASOR's account automatically. You can do this by following these steps:
1) Log into your SkyMiles account
2) Click on "Go to My Delta"
2) Click on "View My Profile"
3) Open "Flight Perferences"
4) Enter US231352617 in the SkyBonus field

American Airlines Business ExtrAA
When you book your flight online with American Airlines, 
enter ASOR's AA Business ExtrAA account number (873486) in the Passenger Details section. You will still receive AAdvantage miles in your personal, and ASOR will receive Business ExtrAA points that will be used for Annual Meeting travel grants or excavation fellowships. Just follow these instructions depending on how your book your reservations:
- Booking Online: Log in to your American Airlines AAdvantage account and enter ASOR's Business ExtrAA account number (873486) on the Passenger Details page during the booking process.
- Save in Your AAdvantage Profile for Future Reservations: To ensure that ASOR's Business ExtrAA account number is added to all of your future bookings made with American Airlines, save ASOR's account number (873486) in the Reservation Preferences section of your personal AAdvantage profile on www.aa.com.
- Booking by Phone: Call American Airlines reservations at 1-800-433-1790 and ask an agent to place ASOR's Business ExtrAA account number (873486) on each eligible ticket.
- Ticket Counter: Provide ASOR's Business ExtrAA account number (873486) to the agent at an American Airlines airport ticket counter.

In order to support ASOR and join our United PerksPlus program, please send your full name (as found in your MileagePlus account), e-mail address, and MileagePlus* number to Britta Abeln, or call her at 617-353-6570.
If you prefer to book travel arrangements over the phone with United, please give the agent ASOR's PerksPlus account number (B8003) in addition to your own MileagePlus number.
*Continental and United frequent fliers were sent a new MileagePlus account number following the merger of the two airlines in 2011. The new MileagePlus number is typically in a mixed letter/number format such as, "AB123456."
